If you're asking how to get rid of fat in the circled part, losing weight is step one.

I meant, more about the definition of the ramus. About the "circle part" I have the same (no fat under the chin) but my ramus isn't barely visible, no definition

i said that losing weight was step one and then OP could look into surgery afterwards.
