Monday: push
Tuesday: pull
Wednesday:legs
Thursday:arms
Friday:Back and chest
Saturday and sunday:rest
2 sets to failure for all

I also hit my daily protein intake and i do 30 mins of cardio (15 incline,4.5 speed)
 
Rest day is a waste of time. And why tf do you have push pull legs and then specific areas?
