Looking for something similar to work on my jaw. What procedures do you reckon are involved here and what would the costs in the West be from a good doctor?

wtf the nose looks so alien & fake

it doesn't match up with the way the rest of the face is downwardly grown, rhinoplasty should only be for nose shape than fixing the entire bridge.
