Left pic was 4° of february of 2025 and the other and the right one was last week 14 of march 2025. I've been doing keto diet 3 l of water a day 6 days of gym everyday cardio 40 mins no sugar no alcohol potasium flush for debloting chintucks soft mewing hard mewing chewing gum 30 minuts, day and other posture exercices. Same angle no frauding. I think that for only 6 weeks Its kind of a impressive change everyone what do you think?
