I have seen many cases of bimax surgeries in YT from NORMAL people.
And comparing them with the people on this site (myself included), I realize that normal people do not think so much about the matter, the only thing they know is that for "some" reason if the face looks strange, then they go to a random surgeon They operate on them and these people correct their "strange" appearance of their face.
The result you get may not be the best in the world but it is good enough to lead a normal life, and best of all, they did not have to study shit about the anatomy of the face, or investigate super expensive "World class" surgeons .

-They lead normal life in the process

I have even seen many cases from Latin America that do not even pay almost anything because the insurance covers everything.
