Well since you are going by PSL standards due to him having blue eyes and being fully white and blond hair with a lot of angularity he would mog you by at least 2 PSL points. 1 point for coloring and 1 point for angularity. But then take into account your height then it would basically put you two on the same level PSLwise. That's what PSL would say.

SMV includes height as a factor, not PSL. PSL goes into factoring SMV but not the other way around. It'd be like saying you need cake to have eggs and flour

They're usually talking about SMV and not PSL with that kind of flexibility. Your body can halo you an extra point or lose you one on an overall SMV ranking but body does absolutely nothing to PSL. If it did then what would be the point of having an SMV ranking
I think height is irrelevant. The only time body is truly a halo is when you are muscular. Otherwise it won't mean much even if you are taller than average.
