Nothing is “wrong” with your philtrum in a medical sense, it’s just disproportionately long, which exaggerates the lack of midface support. By droopy maxilla, I meant mildly recessed, not true hollowing. Just more underprojection than volume loss. As for your nose, it’s structurally fine, its just a little too small to fit your face.
