If you want fully custom medpor implants you can just buy them directly from the American company that makes them. Then go to the surgeon so he can insert them.

I find these off-the-shelf chin implants results terrible. On top of that, he always positions the chin implants way too low. The aesthetic outcome is awful.

Pretty good but a combination of jaw surgery and implants would look much more natural
