When you wake up just do your human needs, piss shit eat and use drugs and alcohol to make reality feel better for 12 hours then go back to the lucid world

used to sleep 16 hours a day and have lucid dreams and hallucinations (and normal dreams) frequently. mogs real life in soyciety. unfortunately this is hard to do as a schoolcel or wagie.

if u functionally cant sleep for 12 hours (or however long u wish to sleep) due to being unable after being fully rested, try laying down and not moving AT ALL for some hours and u will be in a mental state between sleep and wake u will definitely feel/think interesting things and may see interesting things

i do this while laying back on a steep incline in a partially darkened room with my eyes half closed. can take melatonin to make ur mental state sleepier. u must not move at all or itll restart the process (unless u can learn to move without restarting it). try to focus on visualizing things or one a single concept or few thoughts. if u cant focus or have too many thoughts simply allow them to flow naturally dont resist or try too hard to control them. if u cant tolerate lack of stimulation (feel boredom) u can use headphones or visual screen to make it stimulating but this will affect the mental state heavily.
