Rate this insane schizo figure in my local area

He's severely mentally ill and paints himself in silver (paint grade too, not skin safe grade) and always posts really bizarre stuff on Facebook about how much he adores Emma Watson and how he's not had sex in X amount of days, he's basically a huge laughing stock in several UK cities, he's probably about as mentally ill as me maybe a little bit more so all I feel is empathy for him but this isn't the point

The point is I genuinely can't fucking decide if this dude is ugly or good looking, I swear he actually has some pretty decent features that are just fucked up by his harmony and his big nose and bottom lip, I feel like if he got rhino to make his nose smaller and some kinda lower lip reduction and obviously stopped putting fucking industrial grade paint on his skin and made his skin look smooth again he could actually become strangely handsome and have some kinda appeal

Idk maybe I'm just coping because I see myself in him so much, what do you guys think?
