Autistic HTN.

Skin quality is not ideal. Looks like tight saran wrap over a rotting corpse. It's clear he uses skin care products, but that doesn't undo the decaying of flesh that's occurring under the surface, but rather gives him a disturbing wax like appearance that's tight but full of age spots, skin discoloration, and what appears to be a splattering of random genetic drift throughout all of his tissues.

His hair line is is receding in a jagged homely way, and no amount of hair spray and hair dye can will ever return his appearance to the youth he may have once had. The reaper always comes to collect.

But you know, he's not a fat ass and somewhat in shape, and doesn't look like a midget, or have any huge deformities, so give him HTN.

Probably Status Halo'd as well, especially to fans. I might do a post on how the Halo effect can effect how attractive people perceive you.
