It doesnt. Its just because theres a clear comparison and you know its an implant. If it were IRL or a simply picture it wouldnt EVEN CROSS your mind his jaw is an implant.

It probably wouldn't, but he still looks a lot worse than someone with a naturally big jaw. Whether this is the best that he could do is up for conversation.
