He does look better. His after does look a lot more mature and masculine than the before. His problem is that he's a genuinely ugly man working with a terrible phenotype.

I'd give it maybe a 6.5/10. I think the gonions are a little too big and pointy from some angles, which makes it look less natural.

All bad features and no good features, basically. Ugly, droopy eyes, flat nose with wide nostrils, short round baby face, round baby skull, not good coloring, overall boneless appearance. The only thing that looks decent is his forward growth. IMO his ideal surgical route would be bimax with downgraft + rhinoplasty, and maybe jaw angle implants later.

Who is this guy? I'm guessing he's mixed race.

He's saying that a wraparound jaw implant can modify/widen the middle part of the mandible, so it can be compared to a chin wing osteotomy. That's the point he's trying to make. It has nothing to do with "looking bloated"
