Honestly I don’t think he needs a bimax. His chin and lips are on the same line as the browridge. If he had bimax he would look like a dog. Only thing I think is beneficial is a chin advancement. A chin wing to also higher his hyoid and improve the Submental area. It would well in his case due to his higher than ideal gonions. The reason why he looks recessed tho is mostly his very straight forehead. It’s not slanted enough. And the submental area as I already said.

Fixes would be slimming down and chin wing or whatever improves the hoyid.
