the word stems from systemic racism, injustice and legitimate racism against black people and the context she used it in clearly shows that she's racist but I couldn't care less.

No she didn't. Only thing that was shown in the video was she hurling racist insults at the black women and trying to attack her.

But even if we assume it was a tertiary reason and she was attacking for some other reason it still is racist. Actually more so because she had to insert race when there was no need of it.
