No idea if it's just the hair of his occiput is actually screwed over. If it actually is his occiput then there's at least a cure for that in the modern day.

Other than that he looks good but probably lacks appeal due to being old and looking like a ruggid farmer. I can imagine him having appeal in his youth though he has some striking features.

way better, its not even close, althought he's ugly he doesnt look pathetic and might have some small niche appeal
