It's all over the place. E2 and spiro? You're injecting oestrogen then blocking it with a weak AR antagonist/diuretic. You'll be perpetually bloated, hormones fucked up, and have stalled gains. Also that var dose is fucking nothing. Better off skipping it at that point. And your T3 dose is a cutting dose.
