I don't think he needs a rhino tbh, his nose is fine for a black guy actually quite good, eyebrow transplant though would be a big boost, maybe wrap around implant but not sure how a wider lower third would look on him, he has few failos, but the ones he has are practically unfixable like the tall neocranium.
