Rate this workout PPL/Arms hybrid split

Mon - chest triceps lateral delt
Tues - back biceps
Wed - legs + lateral delt
Thurs - off
Friday - chest triceps lateral delt
Saturday - back biceps
Sunday - Legs
Monday - arms (front delt lateral delt rear delt biceps triceps forearms)
Tuesday - off

And repeat. You get close to 2 days off with this split

It’s not 6 days a week every week which would be too much but its like just a step below that, could fit in an extra rest day or skip legs when feel like it.

Emphasis on the shoulders as they are the most important
 
seems to be too much volume, provide the exercises with sets and reps
 
Jfl at 3x lateral delt / week. If you wont have a good diet u will be perished. Go try upper lower split with arm days
 
Side delts recover very quickly, i actually got them as my biggest progress muscle when i trained them every other day. And yeah the diet will be in a surplus. Wouldn’t do this in a cut
