first photo was taken 6 months ago, lighting is shit but i had brutal cystic acne, super bloated

im still a bit bloated but thats mainly because ive been slacking this week (sodium intake)

soft tips would help- i like the way i look now (w/o bloat) but ye

also if ur referring to skin: 1 mean a day no added preservatives or bs like that, cleanser but no moisturizer. the goal is to make your skin as dry as you can without flaking, making sure your oil glands do produce excess oil.

I used to do this but it made me break out introducing moisturizer made my skin clear
