Hey everyone. I’m 18, 175cm living in greece.
Around this time last year I started taking self improvement seriously. This is what I’ve achieved in 1 year and 2 months. Not all of these were taken at the same time, most recent being the one in the blue collar shirt.
I would appreciate a rating for before and now, and if possible what I can still do to improve. I’d like to believe that I’ve reached mtn, which is really good considering the start.
I’ve recently been scouted and signed to a local modelling agency and went from looking unapproachable, having no purpose in life, barely any friends, depressed and crying every day to genuinely getting paid for my looks (proof included), travelling the world and loving every day of my life, It’s never over. I hope this gives at least 1 person some hope.
I’m not where I want to be and I know people here can be harsh, I’m probably still ugly to some of you but there has no doubt been a huge improvement, and my life is really good.
This is what I’ve done so far:
- went through accutane therapy
- started eating clean, and cooking my own food
- started taking more care of my hair, and stopped letting it grow so much
- started the gym
- fixed my sleep
- worked on my posture and confidence
- switched to contacts
- stopped playing videogames
- moneymaxxing
- started a bunch of new hobbies, before I was skateboarding for a few years and thats all i did along with video games, but now I also hoop, travel, video edit, model, make music, cook, and actually go outside. This made me an interesting person to be around.
- Daily runs
- Stopped lusting over women
- I ice my face daily, and i swear by this.
- stopped drinking
- mastic gum daily
- style-maxxed, clothes no longer look goofy
This all begun after getting out of a year-long relationship, so luckily I wasn’t an incel to begin with. And had experience with good looking women, even while looking like that.
For any of you that are struggling with women, remember that even he wasn’t a virgin, you can do it.
