That and the asymmetry, i alr spoke to a surgeon for the bimax, i just need to get a palate expander at my ortho first cuz my palate is narrow, what do u think my potential is?

Brutal but I was talking about the asymmetry in the nose more so than that. Looks like the nose is noticeably asymmetrical in the front view pic

I definitely would not just for looks but for physical health. That might be affecting your breathing especially during sleep
