your face is bloated, your jaw area seem good but having some face fat, your beard doesnt covered it, lose bf%
you are bald and it doesnt look good, you still dont have enough bald chad feature, hair transplant or probably gymcel cope halo
you are short, its would be tough if you live in the west, wear lift ,LL surgery or dont live in west
lips too thick,dont know how to fix
skull is narrow, this probably unfixable even with surgery, pray it will grow...

I would say that you're already at your peak facial attractiveness without surgery. You only need to get rid of those glasses and get some contacts. Otherwise, you're gonna need to bring that hairline forward the most. Also, invest in some comfortable high quality shoe lifts for your height jfl. Average as of right now
