you need to mostly framemaxx and just wait out puberty. all the other imperfections are just genetic. also gooning for at least 3 hours a day will help you maximize results. right now low mtn with potential to high mtn.

framemaxxing is the looksmaxxer word for just going to the gym and putting on muscle on the right sizes, your skeleten stucture is unfortunately completely genetic, but your frame can be perceived as better by simply putting on muscle ( mostly shoulders )
