u want ur eyebrows at the minimum dark brown, a haircut that would suit u is arguably a slick back or buzz (DO NOT GET IT BUT BUZZ WOULD SUIT)

squint maxx. Ice can help it look better in short periods, some people say bone smash orbital bones could help, an underrated one would be to make urself taller (insoles) as it’s less exposed

Take a proper mirror pic. This selfie is lens distorted and you're tilting your head up which will make ur eyes look worse than it actually is
