Tuesday - Chest and arms
1. barbell Bench press
2. incline Dumbell press
3. smith machine shoulder press
4. Smith machine JM press
5. Cable lateral raise
6. Chest fly machine

Wednesday - back and arms
1. Lat pulldown machine
2. lat row machine
3. smith machine upperback row
4. kelso shrugs
5. reverse pec dec
6. preacher curl machine

Thursday - legs and abs
1. Calf press machine
2. Smith machine RDL
3. Leg curl machine
4. Leg extensions machine
5. crunch machine

Friday - arms
1. Tricep dips machine
2. smith machine shoulder press
3. Cable lateral raise
4. reverse pec dec
5. preacher curl machine
6. cable overhead extension

way too much variety for no reason, why you doing 4 press variations they all train the same thing, just do more of one?

it makes no difference whether you do or not, if you like doing different things go for it but they train the same thing.

no I just think it doesn't matter.

1 row for lats. the 2other i keep elbows flared for upperback
all forms of rows are for lats lol, there's no 'upper' or 'lower' lats, it's one muscle.

training abs is useless bhai they don’t grow by much

it's for upper back not upper lats.

do u think this excersise does more for lats than upperback? obviously no
