im just extrapolating rough estimates based off my starting point. Most significant improvement would be by doing trimax along with infraorbital implants, however i would still look like a swamp abomination and in that sense is why i concluded 4.1 PSL. Softmaxxing? potentially necrosing my liver with accutane would help my skin and minoxidil for beard to hide recession would help, with the latter already being implemented but to little success in this stage.

1) Softmaxing - LHTN
- I’m currently a bloated mtn with bad eyebrow density and thickness.
2) Hardmaxxing - LCL
- Pretty much only need canthoplasty, some jaw and cheek implants and possibly a palate expander
