Maybe you could try some softmaxxing, like eyedrops. It could improve it enough to make it barely noticeable, even for foids. If it helps you ascend, you could avoid having to go through to risky and painful surgeries.

Insane potential, check if you have sfs (short face syndrome) people who have that his atractiveness is being hold back a lot, if your upper teeth show partially smiling you have sfs, if your uper teeth show fully smilling, you dont have sfs, if you have sfs, you can be even more atractive with bimax with maxilla downgrafting

But right now your flaws are :
- thin neck
- bad chin to philtrum ratio due to your next 2 flaws : thin upper lip and small chin
