Good eyearea, good haircolor and good coloring. Only faults are facial fat, lean is law brother so start losing weight

65 kg at 178 could not be lean especially if you dont have a lot of muscles, there's guys at 58kg at 6 feet

eyebrows r way too bushy, lips arent full enough, hollowed cheeks would look far better, lots of asymmetry but you have good harmony
