not a great deal, ur still htn, couldve been been mid htn, if u were taller, also try to trim some of ur hair off, it looks disorganised, and u need more definition in ur face

Mtn for your phenotype. Ltn for white standards. If you wanna go past mtn I suggest bimax and jaw implants. Your a bit recessed + have a short lower third + narrow jaw

That wouldn’t change your jaw. Would only change your chin. You wouldn’t ascend much. You’d likely go from mid mtn to high mtn
