What are my failios?
Any suggestions on what I should do?
Am I a 4 or 5 psl?
Currently on testogel for treatment

Some say I have a baby face
20 years old and 6'4 73kgs

Suggestions

-Build Muscle/Gain wieght
-Get Lefort 1+BSSO To fix recessed maxilla
-Infra-orbital Rim Implants
-New Hairstyle, one that covers your hairline and ears.
-Darken your eyebrows, Dye it/Apply Minox or something. They look non-exsistant.
-Also increase collagen synthesis/glow in your skin. Look into Retin-A



Probably a PSL 5-5.25 exactly facially, . I dont think your under 5PSL,. If you take into account your height, your SMV is solid.
Edit: Dont get Lefort+BSSO Actually, Just get infraorbital rim implants or under eye fillers. Thats all you need.

He would be wasting his money on orbital rims. More over eye or under eye support wouldn't relaly do him any good considering his isn't recessed. He needs canthoplexy if anything.

Also yojur collagen doesn't lok to good. Maybe they're just permenant wrinkles but take care of your skin.

If he fixed his hair/ lowered his hairline, he would get girls relatively easily. He could maybe get a Lower blepharoplasty and a canthopexy done but I really dont think its that necessary, fixing his dark circles are enough for him to get girls and obviously fixing his hairline.

4.75PSL. Your biggest failios are your recessed maxilla and narrow jaw, but your skin/hair both need serious attention and would do you a lot of good because they are both in poor condition. If I were you I would get on finasteride ASAP for your hair (you are receding) , do my best to thicken up those eyebrows, and do my best to fix your skin (collagenmaxxx, tretinoin .1%, Astaxanthin, Biotin, etc).

Luckily for you, you have a very good base , your height is a halo, and fixing your skin/hair is pretty easy relative to anything else.

I'd put him in 4 tier jsut for his eyes lol. It completely throws off his harmony. He doesn't need bleph he just needs cantho. Also height isn't factored into psl.
I think it's the hairline that's making his eyes look worse than they are though.

No you're wrong. Hes a 4.5-5. That eye area and hairline are subpar

He doesn't have a narrow jawew lol. I'd say his lower third is actually quite good.
