i dont eat organic or grass fed because its too expensive

you can be perfectly healthy eating conventional meat out of a normal grocery store

Just avoid the super processed lunch meats/sausages/etc. that have giga additives and fillers and such

obviously pasture raised super high quality animals are going to be more nutrient dense and are probably healthier in the abstract best possible world or whatever but its not that big of a deal

just eat some liver now and again and eat the best you can lmao
