Surgery can help, if youre sutures arent closed and your Mandibular Growth plates are still open then u can just enter Orthodontics and (maybe) remove the need for Surgery in the future. Eyebrows need work, grow out hair, and just plenty of softmax, maybe hop on roids for Dimo. not sure honestly alot needs to be done. Biggest tip u can get is to go to your ortho/maxillofacial, larp Sleep Apnea, if your teeth is crooked then u can maybe get BAMP which will help in maxillary protaction. not over if u act quick enough.
