I just want to know my rating and how can I improve or is it over

Assuming you are young, because you look 14, focus on great posture ALWAYS, head straight and neck. Stay away from processed food and industrial sugars. Dont normalize eating that things, just rare occassions. Of course dont take any steroids.
If you want an actual rating i could tell but you need to give info like height and add more photos, that one isnt enough it looks pretty bad taken

I'm not 14 I just turned 17.
Im 5'8-5'9 but I don't care about my height cos I play football/soccer and I really enjoy how my height doesn't hinder my performance.
I actually just want ways to improve as I think I already know my rating due to social events and real world experience but I'll look for some pics if I have em or take some
