There are some problems with your ratios

Upper third is bigger compared from lover third. Hairline lowering alongside with jaw implants would fix that.

The hardest thing to fix on your face is eye area since its insanely hard to change.
You may need an orbital box osteotomy if you want drastic change but its a highly risky and experimental procedure so keep in mind that you’re probably gonna get botched

Those photos are hard for me to objectively rate and analyze your ratios take a mirror selfie from your eye level in decent lighting then i can rate objectively and give an opinion
