Cut off the chin hair, it's making your head look even longer than it is. Stick with a 3mm stubble all around. I'd say go clean shaven but I know niggas suffer from bumps. Keep the eyebrows groomed and grow dreads to add bulk to the side of your head. Be sure to get a small part in the middle since you'd benefit from dreads on your forehead but you wanna keep it practical for everyday life. If you want to hardmaxx, you could benefit from a better canthal tilt.

Great jaw angularity and definition (although lacking width, not a big deal here), great eyebrows, solid eye area.

I gotchu bro.

Consult an oral surgeon for the following:
Jaw implant (Us black men are lucky we have such wide palates. Jaw implants are not ideal for white people with narrow jaws)

Consult an ophthalmologist for the following:
Infraorbital Rim Implant (To add structure under your eye, and structure for the canthoplasty)
Canthoplasty (To add positive tilt)

For a black man, your nose is fine. You don't have shotgun barrel nostrils like I do. Accept your black features. Getting nose surgery is like getting a lip reduction; don't do it.

If you've already got your surgery booked and you can't pull out and your pretty deadset on it, you can still come out the other end looking "better" but I personally wouldn't recommend it since your nose is no where near failo.

Its cuz i never knew i had a deviated septum for 6 years and thats been ruining the development of my maxilla doctor didnt say that he did say the damage looks like its been there for years which im assuming was a contributing factor to my maxilla development

Yeah bro the biggest thing keeping you from going to tyronelite to tyrone is your narrow jaw. It's not a failo by any means because you're already tyronelite. It's just optimization and enhancements from this point. You lack any flaws that need fixing.

Ohh if you have a deviated septum, I'd get that nose surgery then. If its purely for aesthetics I wouldnt recommend it.
