go on a bulk. If you plan on doing surgery i suggest u look at fat graft for uee exposure.

its temporary and it wont affect if u gave good diet and do cardio like 2x a week. Get mk677 for bulk if u can.

As a brother all I can do is try to help you, but i reccomend you start caring about the rules in Islam, even if you don’t want to. You can’t bend the rules of religion to your will and personal desires, and if you truly value your looks over gods will, then I think you should take some time to think abt your choices.
