Looking for general advice around forward growth and some other smaller priorities (acne/bone mass for example)
early 15y old 171-172m
basic things like mewing proper posture, 8hrs sleep and nutrition (I try my best but don’t always stick to these) working out (calisthenics at home) (even tho I’m slacking there too) I’m already doing
is there some other things I can implement to improve (things like chin tucks, orbicularis oculi training, sprinting and so on)
I’m aware that I mostly need time as I’m still in puberty and my bones are still developing, just looking to get the most out of my genetics.
