how do i ascend and a rating would be nice im 30% bf and im omw to becoming lean im 17

anything specific to work on?
1: lose the mustache, it looks horrible. Don’t worry it’ll grow overtime.

2: the glasses are bit too big imo, you already have a square face try getting rectangular glasses. It may suit you better.

3: lower the sodium intake. When I say that I don’t mean stop eating, eat meals just go easy on the snacks.

4: you have a wide jaw, it’ll appear more when you lose the weight.

5: the curls look great but try getting more curls in and make sure to put smth on the hair to make it appear better.

alr thank you i had circular glasses before hand they didn’t look good so i switch to square i’ll see if rectangular fits me

You don’t look 17 at all you look 14 who still didn’t go through puberty . Get leaner
 
get lean as fuck, cardio, good diet, hit the gym, come back a couple years later you will be a whole different person trust me, i know there are bones underneath

i already do the first 3 except good diet i try but my parents buy processed stuff so it’s kinda hard to do that it takes time i’ve been in the gym for a month and. half
 
stop bumping and get into the gym

seriously tho, just get to under 14% bf and then ask for specific advice. the only thing doing you wrong heavily is your weight.
