How can I ascend. Pin point every little thing I can do to ascend even down to if I should keep facial hair on my face or not. I’m 16 5’8 and 66kg need to lose fat these are me bloated never been really lean.

I hope so. Idrk my height im certain I am around 5’8 tho I have 6ft friends that tell me in 5’11 just so they can say they’re 6ft2 when in reality they’re 6ft and I’m 5ft8
