Attractiveness is a subjective social construct, with countless anecdotes of ugly/average guys without any halos managing to find a partner I'd assume that not being conventionally attractive narrows down the amount of women (and men) who consider you good looking, but doesn't always make you directly inferior to "Chads" with muh "better" harmony and "bones" and shieet, which is especially true once you're genuinely in the htn range and don't have any features that are considered unattractive 99.9% of the time like having acne looking bloated etc.
