Rating exceptional people gets boring

It is far more interesting to me to rate average, or slightly above average range people.

Rating exceptionally attractive people is usually hair splitting. Arguing over whether someone who is obviously highly attractive is 99th or 99.9th percentile (insert your favorite PSL number on there) is mental masturbation. And then you have some basement dwelling autist suggesting that a particular famous model is actually ugly.
