honestly you look pretty skinny so i would bulk up first(find youre TDEE then put yourself in 500-700 calorie surplus) then do a body recomp and cut

Low mtn, close your mouth and just eat good and exersize you look far into puperty dont expect to grow 2 or more inchs in height if you really want to grow more take some AI
