Hey, im 14 (and new to .org) play football and wrestle. I'm looking for advice / a rating to figure out what i should do to improve my overall health and looks.

I'm 5"9, 220 lbs, I workout regularly, (max bench of 165, max leg press of 425, max squat of 155, n/a deadlift)

Any advice to lose wieght without losing too much muscle in the process? Im fasting right now, 20 hour fasts with 4 hour eating periods.

try to get ur gym numbers up and lose weight I would say ur gym numbers are decently below average for ur weight currently

For my wieght yeah but Im rather proud of them for the fact I'm only 14, any advice to built more strength?

at 14 at ur weight I would say aim for at least 0.9x ur bodyweight and u should go on a cut because ur easily 40%+ bf which is extremely unhealthy. Unless your trying to go d1 in football or wrestling which is unlikely I would just bodybuild which will build strength anyways. Aim to be 16% bodyfat in puberty

also ur squat is extremely bad, the reason I believe ur squat is bad is because ur so heavy that ur core can't handle carrying all that weight, try strengthening core with core machines, and def lose weight

My squats awful because I didnt have balance last time I checked my squat, and fractured my hip in a wreslting match in March which means no more lower body until October without a physical therapist advising. Would fasting alongside high intensity short burst cardio be an effect way to lose weight?

My football coaches are liars then💔 but then if thats not effective what would you recommend?
Football coaches have no idea what they are saying. First of all if anything fast cardio would MAKE YOU HUNGRIER. So you want to eat in a smaller calorie defecit because ur still in puberty so eat in like a 200 calorie defecit. Make sure to eat like a lot of small meals per day so you don't tank your metabolism. Also make sure to do long cardio like walking, skateboarding, things that keep you in motion that don't take much effort.

Hmm my biggest issue is over eating when I'm bored which is why I fast, should I lower my fasting hours to 14-10 while maintaining that 200 calorie deficit? Also I already skate and snowboard so low intensity motion wont be too difficult.

i mean yeah i guess that's fine but try to get stronger too. Probably aim for 225 bench at 15 around

Cut down some weight. You don't have to be 10% bf level shredded, but not being overweight is always priority number one. No rating cause I can't see your bones + you're 14 and god knows how you'll still develop

youre 14 so you got a future ahead of ya, focus on debloating aka losing weight, get a haircut that suits you, mew and do chin tucks and your set to go, live your life to the fullest since youre still young bro, dont listen to any guys tryna tell u to get surgery

ur harmony is decent for a lardass (would get even better with weight loss) and decent features just lose weight you will be attractive but dont take it too far u dont want to malnourish urself during puberty
