Still in the first pic the asymmetry of the chin is almost gone when he smiled so I would say first pic maybe mtn and second cuz of the flaws yeah maybe lmtn or a bit worse
He looks good his jaw assymetry is a flaw but it looks fine in the first pic his eyes are decent with a good colour

I don’t think you can fix the eyes but jaw maybe try masseter training (idrk if it’ll work) but jew should be a bit more wide but it will most likely still be asymmetrical

Yeah the eyes are a bit doomed because of the downturn and the inner thing some cut to turn downward is a bit bad too
Still mid puberty is there chance the bones will grow more

Is width the problem? Also does anyone know if chintucks and thumbpulling the maxilla and zygos work?
Thumbpulling doesn’t work zygos you can almost only improve by surgery or brag then till you have swelling there (only temporary) and width is problem yes and your chin as I’ve already said is not there so your bottom third is just a bit messed up.
How come thumbpulling won’t work? I thought tension on the inside roof can cause forward growth as the plate is still open. Also is there anything else I can improve around maybe the eye area as it’s more important than lower third
Thumbpulling would only work if you put immense pressure on it and that’s just not possible with your finger etc. and Abt your eye area maybe try to just squint a bit 24/7 and for me it works a bit to pull the muscle behind my ear to raise the outlet Corner of my eye, but you just gotta try to move that muscle first
