You can apply minoxidil 5% foam on your eyelashes to get better contrast in eye area. Your skin quality is already fine. Applying hydrocortisone around your nostrils may reduce their width but only if the toot cause was inflammation in the first place.
Also a little alar base reduction is not even that invasive
