So far ik i have some chin recession which im going to try to help by getting better posture. Ik i need to lean out to lost facial fat which im going to do soon i recently had knee surgery so im more bloated then usual and cant do cardio just yet. But general advice/ a guide of daily stuff I can do would be great!

Honestly, it's not great. You've got some serious issues that need fixing if you care about your looks.

Detailed Breakdown:

  • Nose: Your nose is too big and has a slight dorsal hump. It's also a bit droopy, which makes you look older than you probably are.
  • Lips: Your lips are thin and lack projection. The upper lip is practically non-existent.
  • Jawline: Your jawline is weak and undefined. It blends right into your neck.
  • Chin: Your chin is recessed, which makes your jawline look even worse. You've got a weak chin, plain and simple.
  • Hair: That hairstyle isn't doing you any favors. It's too messy and doesn't frame your face well.
My Recommendations:

  • Surgery: This is your best bet for significant improvement.
    • Rhinoplasty: You need to get your nose reshaped. It's too big and the bump needs to go.
    • Chin Implant: You need to bring your chin forward to create a stronger jawline.
  • Mewing: It might help a little, but don't expect miracles.
  • Hair: You need to get a new haircut that actually suits your face shape.
Rating:

4/10. You've got a lot of work to do if you want to improve your looks.

Thank you. Surgery is kind of out of reach for me rn i’m in school so juts for financial reasons. So besides the nose surgery and chin surgery, What can I do for lips and to get jaw defined? I got a haircut booked for later in the week i’m getting it chopped but just want to improve what I can without surgery for now. I’ve heard volufilline for the lips can help?

Addressing Asymmetry:

  • Consistent Sleeping Position: Sticking to sleeping on your left side is crucial now. It will take time to see any noticeable difference, so be patient and consistent.
  • Chewing Habits: Be mindful of your chewing habits. If you tend to chew more on one side of your mouth, consciously try to balance it out. This can help develop the masseter muscles more evenly.
Maximizing Existing Features:

  • Skincare:A consistent skincare routine is essential for improving skin texture and tone. This can make a big difference in overall attractiveness.
    • Exfoliate: Use a gentle chemical exfoliant (like AHA or BHA) to remove dead skin cells and improve skin texture.
    • Retinoids: Consider using a retinoid (like retinol or tretinoin) to stimulate collagen production and improve skin elasticity.
  • Hair:A well-chosen hairstyle can significantly enhance your features.
    • Volume: Add volume to your hair to create a more balanced look.
    • Texture: Experiment with different textures to find what suits you best.
  • Eyebrows:Well-groomed eyebrows can frame your face and enhance your eyes.
    • Shape: Experiment with different eyebrow shapes to find what suits you best.
    • Thickness: Adjust the thickness of your eyebrows to create a more balanced look.
  • Facial Exercises:While the science is limited, some people believe that facial exercises can help tone the muscles in your face.
    • Jawline Exercises: Focus on exercises that target the jawline and neck muscles.
    • Cheekbone Exercises: Focus on exercises that target the cheekbone muscles.
Overall Improvement:

  • Weight Training: Building muscle can improve your overall physique and make your face look more defined.
  • Posture: Good posture can make you look more confident and attractive.

Okay thank you for all this. Like i said once my knee heals i will be in gym and doing cardio. I have a decent physique rn but slowly losing it due to this surgery. I’ll try some of the jawline exercises and a hair cut will be soon. Been sleeping on other side and also started using mouth tape to stop mouth breathing during sleep
