Sorry, but your face might be unfixable. Take a picture with the back camera from a greater distance for a more accurate photo. Get a thorough trim and start a curl routine

minoxidil on your eyelashes and eyebrows till they become fuller and darker and longer. U can use latisse for the eyelashes since minoxidil is pretty harsh if it gets into ur eye.

Get a lip lift to reduce philtrum size.

i feel like topical minoxidil on eyelashes is better than latisse cuz the risk of orbital fat loss js sounds so scary. You think i should js use topical minoxidil on a little brush on my eyelashes? Might be the move icl
