when i was 3 orso, a dog bit me in the face at the mouth erea. That bite causing a split around the midle of the mouth, and a smaller split on the left side. Can't do much/any about it anymore, I assume.

What kind of surgery would you advice him for the jaw?

I did consider trying derma-fillers. Surgery is not really something I consider much, of at all. That's kinda my limit

Fillers so much worse than implants. for example: i needed 5mls to cheeck are. It cost me 1500 euros, and just because it was a cheap injector (even more risk). Now after 6 months i need to get 3-5 ml again, which brings me to around 3k per year. And i would need also jaw, chin and under eye filler for around 4-5k a year. Btw every time they inject, there are risks of asymmetrical results, bruising or even blindness caused by arterial injection.

Where older fems concerned. I get some attention, here and there. But, I feel I basically get casted for the provider role, so it's mostly the single moms type of stuff, looking for their financial savior and added support. Or occassionally bot not sooften, someone that islooking for provider. Especially when I dress well. I also life in an location where plenty men passed the age of 30 (like 50+%), totally give up on their looks, fatness, style, and so on. I live in a area with small city with mainly alot of blue color workers men (builders, construction, factories, etc.), and small cities around which are kinda similar (50.000 inhabitants type of place). I bet I would have bigger compentition in the bigger cities.
My last LTR, was kinda Beta-Buxxing what i did. It's what 70+% of older men do, I see. They try to be the provider role. I disliked it. I won't do that gain, with the exception if I was maybe really rich, because then money losses ots of it's value (perception wise). This describes it pretty well, how my life is at the moment. Having a work in the office, where most of my "colleagues" are like the "accountants" type of dudes.
Betabuxxing/Provider role is what I get casted for, obviously. In that sense one could say I'm doing pretty decent with the 35+ crowd of women, especially the ones looking for provider stuff. Mostly alot, the single moms type that fucked up and need a savior to get out of poverty-ish lufetyle, or a lifestyle where they have to work their asses off to pay all the bills and the child raising.
Also because I'm pretty baggage free, compared to other guys my age (like no debts, or alimony payments, or kids I have to take care off). That whole provider thing, it's what like 90% of men my age and above do or want to do, around where I life.

What do I want?
Foremost, I want to know I did my best and effort to get close-ish to my looks potential. I hate regret not trying something. Why would I want that? I want to do that, since I read about the 'halo effect'. Which is life on an easier mode, in all ways. I feel it's my last chance in life, to go for trying that out. I assume, this halo effect also helps with business, carreer and stuff.

Dating wise. I don't really have much aims atm. In my 20's and early 30's I managed with alot of effort and cahsing to have: ONS, flings and 1 LTR (provider/betabuxx style) with average looking non fat women. Basically around my looks level of average. So i got that, out of my system it sorta feels. I know, I could do/get that gain if I was willing to do that much effort and chasing again; but I don't find that worth the effort, time and chasing anymore because it's not new ro feeling accomplished anymore.
When I did that in the past. I hated more of it, then I liked things with it. I always fealt I had to do most of the work/effort and chasing; most relationships where me putting in 75% effort and then 25% back. It's like that for most average dudes, I think.

I know with my looks level (and not having fame or massive wealth); it will stay like that. So, I don't go for that anymore. I only would want/accept a relationship or something random-sex; where she puts in equal or more effort, is around my looks level, and doesn't bring alot baggage to the table (aka, alot more baggage then me). That ofcourse doesn't happen for a normie man like me. Maybe, it will change if I can looksmax more, I dunno, I wanna and gonna try looksmaxing anyways.

I ocassionally do get offers from women, but they are either plenty below average alot (which is normal, I read most people shoot like 25% above their own league/level in dating). Or they look pretty equally normie like I do; but they bring rediculous amount of baggage to the table (alot more then me); like 3 children (single mom, where I am number 7 of the priority list and glorified babysitter and provider), debts and low income (that she will deffo puch me to buy her all kinds of shit), and so on.

If I want random sex as the nrmie man that I am now, with good/normie plus looking women at this stage in my life. I would totally go the hooker/escort route. I never done that, but it makes more sense. I have nover done that. But it's cheaper as normie man, then chasing women fro random sex, especially when you count the time and translate that into how much money you could have earned.
Romantic validation, I don't care about or need. I could get that as a normie man, at the high cost of being mr. provider. Not worth it, imo.
I rather stay single, and I am pretty happy being single overall atm. I don't feel much lack, when I'm single in relation to romatic validation or sex.

Thanks, I agree on the jaw being the big fuckup; together with my upperlip/mouth area (I think, mainly due to be being bitten in the upperlip by a dog when I was like 3 years old, splitting my upper lip into 3 pieces and the doctor at the hospital doing quick stitching it back together in the hospital with I think little after care or prgramm to make it heal astetichally beautifull. Actually likely 90% my parents fault, for not giving a shit about that, not asking for that, and not even wanting to do that. (my assholes parents didn't even get rid of the dog after he did this).

Retin-A, I already do 4x per week. I started that about 5 months ago.
Food wise and muscles wise. I need to come up with a program, for muscle building. I'm actually not fat, maybe people think I am, but it's likely more due skin that is semi-sagging not 100% ellastic anymore. On the bmi I'm around 20. I'm 188cm/6'2 and 72kg/159-pounds; and i have a flat stomach and no loss floppyerase on my body much if any. I can likely still lose a few % in fat, for optimum, I agree. but it needs to be accumpanied with with muscle gain, otherwise it will just look more like even leaner/concentration camp prisoner.

When I was 3 years old. Our dog bit me hard/aggressively in the upperlip. Causing my upperlip to split in 3 locations. At the hospital they stitched it together again, as is and with the 3 scars. I think after the operation, there was no or little aftercare in the cosmetic sense.
My asshole parents for sure didn't care about that, I assume. Since before that dig bit me in the face, they already knew it was aggressive as fuck since he bit another man really hard in the ass once. And after this happening with me, they still kept the dog.
