Get lean first, then it's much easier to see what to change.

Commusiroplasty sounds good, you definitely need a bit of lip horizontal lengthening.

Appeal and psl are highly correlated.

For surgeries, it's not my area of expertise, it would have to be chemical compounds.
You could ask @Acromegaly_Chad or @garoupilled_

my midface doesn't store any fat, maybe a high Testerone trait, look at my hyoid, even while raising it with my tongue its there, my ramus is quite tall but non existent because of fat, my belly protudes like an uncle, got my bf checked its 18% bf

htn front low cl side your eyebrows are wayy to close bhai u need to align it with the sides of your nasal tip and also maybe grow a subtle beard to hide that chin ass or just get it surgically removed

yeah bhai, i have fat issues in there, also have butt chin, which i don't think is a failo? trying to lean down most my face fat is on my lower third, midface doesn't store any fat, also what htn specifically?

High htn is you improve on everything, when you lean down all your flaws will be obvious so hardmaxing then will be easy
